Follow a dysfunctional team of MI5 agents—and their obnoxious boss, the notorious Jackson Lamb—as they navigate the espionage world’s smoke and mirrors to defend England from sinister forces.
Good, I like the whole setting.
There are many different characters throughout the whole series. Some of them die, so they feel like temporary characters. Others persist, and so they feel like more permanent.
However, I’d highlight two characters:
- River Cartwright (played by Jack Lowden) as the main character
- Jackson Lamb (played by Gary Oldman) as the second main character. Or rather secondary character, actually.
The funny thing is that I associate myself with Jackson Lamb more than River Cartwright.
