If I’d define romantic, I’d say this episode is about true love.
I’m speechless, it’s incredibly good, this episode. Not a single second I weight whether to put a masterpiece on it.
I love watching silly TV series just to have that one episode that would change everything and you’d say something like ‘you have to watch these 13 other episodes to enjoy this episode.’ I’m so saddened the next episodes would be. Finishing the series like this, would be too good for this show. And I doubt any next episode would be like this!

That’s the type of the movie I enjoy wholeheartedly.
It’s so good they were able to fit the entire story inside this 50-something minutes episode!

I was familiar with his story, but obviously forgot it. Looks like it’s an adaptation of a kind.
Alik Sakharov
When we started watching it, and we’ve seen the name Alik Sakharov (being not familiar with his name, but turned out we know his works), we were first: ‘Whut?! The Russian?!’ But then I studied him and was ‘oh, sorry man! We’re just too sensitive for this shit Hollywood does right now, by casually praising fucking Russians here and there, amidst the ongoing genocide they do right here right fucking now.’
Uzbekistan isn’t Russia! I’m happy to not be irritated at least with him.
It looks like he’s a very talented director. The s01e08 and s01e09 were directed by him too.
- I won’t recall his Game of Thrones episodes, but they were somewhere in the middle, not the pathetic season 8, so…
- And he directed the Invasion (not all episodes), which some people recommended to me. So, now I’m more motivated to schedule them for watch.
- Also, he directed some series in Counterpart, which I did like.
